SOW GOOD SEEDS

In a day we were all given seeds
To sow in an unproven soil
Seeds we must sow, and harvest we must get
Down went the seeds and up went our hopes,
The toil and struggle started immediately
For our seeds to germinate and flourish
We went down the hill in search of water
And came up the hill with filled buckets
Our hearts also filled with prayers
That our plants must flourish
As time passed, harvest came
So bountiful they were, that they came running over
Yesterday's little seed
Has become our food, today
Here-in lies a food for thought
A lesson to be learned by everyone
That our actions today are the seeds of our old age
Down into life's unproven soil
Are you sowing good seeds?
Are you sowing bad seeds?
You will only reap whatever you sow.
